Meditation

Aim:
My aim in teaching this course is to support you to relax and wind down from what you might perceive as the 'pressures' of your environment -which can lead to you feeling off balance amongst a multitude of other things.

I feel very passionate about meditation as I feel it transformed my life and want to share the benefits of this practice.

How long is the course?
The course consists of 6 sessions over a 6 week period. The duration of each session is 1.5hrs.

Are you feeling any of the following? 
  • Stress
  • Finding it hard to relax
  • Insomnia
  • Anxiety
Or you might simply feel you want a 'space' in order to learn how to centre yourself.

How much will I be investing?
The total investment is: £60.
To show commitment and for maximum benefit for you, people normally pay for the 6 week course 
at the beginning. Please contact for further details.

How many people will be in the group?
Up to 10 people.

Where does it take place?
Courses are held in Walthamstow & Hackney, London.
