The first and most important thing to do before embarking on a complementary programme, is to engage with your medical health practitioner. Depending on your diagnosis, you might be asked to attend weekly sessions through the NHS and be assigned a therapist. Some people decide they would like to access complementary treatments as well. 

This programme has been found to be very successful in supporting individuals to make positive progress and restore balance. It can be a very frightening place to be, when the very thing you are trying to control becomes out of control. Often finding initial causes and releasing past trauma can be the key to unlocking more freedom. It is then about looking at ways to manage current triggers and responding differently to life challenges. This programme will support you every step of the way.
